What the membership includes

A membership entitles your organization to queue an unlimited number of development requests. Requests are shaped, built, reviewed and shipped one at a time. Unlimited refers to the queue, not to simultaneous development: your organization has at most one active development request, enforced by the application itself.

A request in client review does not consume the active development slot, so the next ready request can begin while you review. A request blocked by an external dependency may release the slot so the queue keeps moving.

Scope, decomposition and revisions

A request is one independently reviewable outcome. Work that is too large to review independently is decomposed into smaller requests, or becomes a project with its own phases. Reasonable revisions to deliver the agreed outcome are included. Material new scope introduced after a delivery is approved becomes a separate request in your queue.

The membership provides ongoing development capacity. It does not guarantee that an entire application will be completed within any one billing month.

Billing

The membership costs $4,995 per month, billed in advance through Stripe. Payment failure suspends new development while your card is retried; your queue and history remain intact.

The first 3 members pay a founding rate of $1,990 per month instead. That rate is held for as long as the membership runs without interruption, and does not rise while it does. If the membership is cancelled the rate ends with it, and a later membership is priced at whatever rate is then offered. The Fit Guarantee is 75% of whichever amount was actually paid.

Hosting, infrastructure, API usage, software licences and other third-party costs are separate.

Pause and cancellation

You may pause or cancel at any time. Both take effect at the end of the current paid period, so nothing already paid for is lost. Until that date the queue keeps moving and active development continues.

After a pause or cancellation takes effect, no request becomes active. Your project history and queue remain available in the portal according to the configured retention policy. Reactivating depends on available capacity and a valid billing state.

Fit Guarantee

If the operating model is not a fit, you may request a 75% refund of the first membership payment within 7 calendar days of that payment, measured in UTC. The refund is available once per membership.

Ownership

You own the work produced for you. On payment, all deliverables, source code and related assets created for your project are yours. TaskToProd retains no licence over your product beyond what is needed to perform the service.

Your responsibilities

Timely review is what keeps the queue moving. You are responsible for providing the access, decisions and feedback a request needs, for the content you upload, and for third-party accounts and costs that belong to your product.

AI assistance

Engineering is AI-accelerated and human-reviewed. No unreviewed generated output is deployed to your production environment. The published AI policy describes this in detail.

No meetings

The service is asynchronous by design. There is no scheduled call, standup or discovery meeting, and none is required to use the service.
