ASYNC PRODUCT DELIVERY / ONE ACTIVE

Founding rate — 3 of 3 places left

Task in. Production out.

Unlimited software development. One task at a time.

Add as many requests as you want. I design, build, test and ship them one by one — completely async, with zero meetings.

No sales call. No commitment.

THE OPERATING LOOP

TASK → BUILD → REVIEW → PROD → NEXT

01 / HOW IT WORKS

One clear state.
One next move.

Requests move through a visible written loop. Focus stays on one active development task, while review can happen without freezing the queue.

01 / QUEUE

Add and reorder requests whenever priorities change.

02 / SHAPE

Agree the outcome, boundaries and evidence for done.

03 / BUILD

Design, engineer and verify one focused increment.

04 / REVIEW

Inspect a pull request, preview or concrete deliverable.

05 / SHIP

Approve the release; then the next ready task becomes active.

02 / WHAT IS INCLUDED

Product thinking through production delivery.

The membership is deliberately end-to-end. The unit is not an hour or an isolated hand-off; it is a reviewable product outcome.

  1. 01

    Shape

Clarify the outcome, acceptance criteria, edge cases and dependencies before work starts.

  2. 02

    Design

Turn product intent into a coherent interaction and interface, not just connected screens.

  3. 03

    Build

Implement the smallest production-grade increment that can be reviewed with confidence.

  4. 04

    Verify

Test the change, document what matters and surface trade-offs instead of hiding them.

  5. 05

    Ship

Move approved work through the agreed release path and leave the product in a clear state.

03 / NEW APPLICATIONS

Start with the product map, not a pile of screens.

A new application starts with the product map, design and a prototype, each delivered as a request you review. Foundation and features follow as further requests, in small, testable increments.

NEW APP PATH

IDEA → APP BRIEF → PRODUCT MAP → DESIGN → PROTOTYPE → FOUNDATION → FEATURES → LAUNCH → ITERATE

04 / EXISTING PRODUCTS

Orient quickly. Ship the first useful change.

Existing products begin with safe access and written orientation. The first request is chosen to create a useful outcome and expose the real delivery path.

EXISTING PRODUCT PATH

CONNECT → ORIENT → FIRST REQUEST → BUILD → PR → PREVIEW → APPROVE → PRODUCTION

05 / REQUEST TYPES

A queue for the whole product surface.

A request is one independently reviewable outcome. Large outcomes are decomposed; material new scope returns to the queue as a new request.

06 / WHY ASYNC

Written work compounds. Meetings disappear.

Decisions survive

Requirements, trade-offs and approvals stay attached to the work instead of vanishing after a call.

Focus stays intact

One active development task protects the depth required for design, implementation and verification.

Review stays flexible

You review when ready. That review does not consume the active slot, so another ready request can move.

07 / AI + ENGINEERING QUALITY

AI-accelerated.
Human-reviewed.
Production-ready.

AI can accelerate exploration, implementation and verification. It does not own the requirement, the architecture, the security boundary or the release decision.

Every production change remains subject to human judgement, review and testing. Unreviewed automatic production deployment is not the operating model.

Simple price. Deliberate capacity.

There is one membership, qualified for fit and accepted only when delivery capacity exists.

09 / FIT

Designed for clarity on both sides.

GREAT FIT

  • You can make decisions in writing.
  • You value focused progress over simultaneous motion.
  • You want product judgement alongside implementation.
  • You can provide the access and context a request needs.

NOT A FIT

  • You need recurring calls or live pair programming.
  • Every request must start at the same time.
  • The work depends on undefined access or unavailable stakeholders.
  • You need staff augmentation measured by hours or activity.

10 / FAQ

The operating rules, in plain language.

No hidden sprint vocabulary, activity metrics or meeting ritual.

What does unlimited mean?

You can keep as many requests in the queue as you need. One development request is active at a time, so attention stays focused and the order remains visible.

What happens while I review a task?

Review does not occupy the active development slot. The next ready request can move forward while you inspect a preview or pull request. A revision becomes priority after the current task reaches a safe checkpoint.

How are large requests handled?

Large outcomes are decomposed into independently reviewable pieces. Material new scope becomes a new queued request rather than being hidden inside work already in progress.

Are meetings part of the membership?

No. Requests, questions, decisions, updates and approvals are written and asynchronous. There is no recurring meeting or meeting-booking path.

What does the Fit Guarantee cover?

If the operating model is not a fit, the configured guarantee returns 75% within seven calendar days of the first successful payment, measured in UTC. Final launch terms must match the configured policy.
